Every jar of Productos La Baguala that leaves Fundo La Pampita carries something of the territory where it was made. The jams, preserves and honey we produce in Manihuales, Aysén Region, are not the result of an industrial line: they are the result of an artisanal process that begins in the field and ends in a carefully sealed glass jar. The countryside sets we offer include a selection of what the Fundo produces each season, designed to be shared.
Productos La Baguala countryside set — a selection of what Fundo La Pampita produces in Chilean Patagonia.
The name La Baguala comes from the same land that feeds the products. In Aysén, "baguala" is synonymous with a free, unmarked animal that lives by its own rhythms. That idea of naturalness and origin is at the core of what we make at La Pampita: no unnecessary additives, with the fruit and honey we harvest on our own land. The countryside sets are the most direct way to bring a piece of Fundo La Pampita to whoever receives them.
If you'd like to learn about the Productos La Baguala production process, or you're looking to get a selection of our products, you can write to us directly. We also offer visits to the Fundo's processing facility for school groups and businesses who want to see up close how things are produced in Chilean Patagonia. We're in Manihuales, Aysén, and we always coordinate in advance to properly welcome those who arrive.
